I tried a new approach where I exported ONLY the calendar items from Outlook for Mac. I also could not drag-and-drop in the web interface. With the calendar, I could not drag-and-drop in the Outlook app nor could not locate any option in the web interface to export the calendar. Thanks so much, Brian!!! If anyone can point me to clear, usable, efficient instructions on how to migrate from one account to another in Outlook 2016 for Mac and Windows, I would be very grateful!!
